Ordering, Payment & Shipping Policies

ORDERING POLICY

  • Customers should place their orders through our official website.
  • We process orders once we receive payment confirmation.
  • After processing an order, we send a confirmation email detailing the expected delivery times.
  • For Print Orders
    • We process orders from Monday to Saturday daily. Orders received by 2:00 pm (Philippine time) will be processed on the same day while those received after 2:00 pm will be processed on the next working day.
    • Products sold are prepared for courier pickup and consolidation within twenty-four (24) hours after approval of the order.
    • The customer can opt to cancel their order before it has been shipped without incurring any charges. However, if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled anymore.
    • To track the status of an order, log into your account with Aweng then go to ‘My Account’ > ‘My Orders’.
  • For Digital/Downloadable Orders
    • Expect to receive your digital/virtual/downloadable orders immediately after checkout.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • We accept debit/credit card payments via PayPal. Other modes of payments will be available soon.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

LOCAL

    • 7 to 14 days shipping
    • No tracking
    • Shipping Charge: Up to 500 grams, PHP60.00 for Metro Manila and PHP160 for outside Metro Manila
    • For every additional 500 grams: Php 30.00

We will notify you if your package’s destination is considered an Out-of-Delivery Area (ODA) by our courier. If your location is an ODA, you may have to pay an additional fee upon delivery to your doorstep, or you may be requested to pick up the items at the nearest postal office.

*Estimated delivery time is based on ideal situations and does not account for delays caused by courier systems or customs processes.

  • Aweng does not take on liability for any damages—whether they are direct, incidental, special or consequential—that might arise from the handling and delivery of ordered goods by authorized couriers. However, rest assured that Aweng will diligently liaise with its designated courier responsible for shipment to ensure suitable compensation is provided to the customer.
