Return, Replacement & Refund Policies

RETURN POLICY

  • The following conditions should be to be eligible for a return and for your request to be processed:
    • Your item must have no visible signs of use.
    • It must also be in its original packaging
    • Receipt or proof of purchase shall be presented.
  • Below is the list of items that are exempted from being returned.
    • Gift cards
    • Discounted items
    • Downloadable or digital products

REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • Requests for replacements should fulfill one or more of the following conditions:
    • If the item is defective (this includes production defects like missing pages, torn pages, printing errors, etc.)
    • If you received the wrong item
    • If there was excessive delivery

REFUND POLICY

  • All refunds are given in the form of store credits.
  • Store credits don’t expire and are non-transferable.
  • Store credits can only be used towards future purchases at www.aweng.com.ph.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. Refund will be administered at the completion of the 3RP.

RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND PROCESS (3RP)

  • Return requests should be initiated five (5) business days of receiving your item.
  • Reply to your order confirmation email.
  • Provide your reason for the return.
  • Indicate how you want your item/s to be replaced (either product/s with equal value or with store credit).
  • Once Aweng has acknowledged your email, pack the product/s securely in its original packaging if possible, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Ship the package to the return address, within three (3) business days.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the whole process, which are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
  • All returned items will undergo inspection to confirm if the defects were indeed because of production issues and not caused by mishandling in transit by the courier service or by the customer.
  • Once the inspection has been completed and confirmed, Aweng will process the exchange or refund according to your request.
  • If you would like to exchange the product/s, indicate your desired exchange on the return request.
